Ortiz did what he’s known for, smother and land ground and pound. He passed guard and got to half guard. Tito kept top control and tried to maneuver for a better position. Liam tried for an armbar but Tito got out.Out of nowhere, Liam locked in an inverted triangle and it only took a short amount of time before Tito tapped.
It really was out of no where. Tito was on top controlling the fight, then he just got caught.
RESULT: McGeary wins via submission (inverted triangle) at 4:41 of round 1
