It was definitely impressive to get over and invest time at the fantastic Yodyut Muay Thai in Koh Samui once again this week !! Even much more amazing was having the chance for my daughter Willow to train with them and being lucky enough to capture up with UK Muay Thai legends Richard Smith and Lisa Houghton-Smith of Bad Company (along with two of their incredibly skilled clan in the kind of Finlay and Felicity) whilst at the gym!! Talk about killing two birds with one stone!!

Add to this all of the superb filming I did there with the impressive trio of Owen, Lom and Yodsaenchai and you genuinely have a day well invested certainly.
