Welcome to Inspiration Martial Arts. We have been serving the community for over 25 years and have exciting programs for pre-school, kids, teens and adults.
Our Award winning pre-school Tiny Tigers program is designed with 3-6 year olds in mind, developing their cognitive skills, safety awareness, and eye-hand coordination. Our Karate for Kids Program is for the 7-12 year old population and it features XMA (extreme martial arts, a performance based program) tournament competition, and of course our award winning ATA (American Taekwondo Association) program designed especially for that age group. For our teens and adults, we offer both Krav Maga and Fight Like A Girl, both teaching street self-defense and practical application.

Judo (meaning "gentle way") is a modern martial art, combat and Olympic sport created in Japan in 1882 by Jigoro Kano . Its most prominent feature is its competitive element, where the objective is to either throw or takedown an opponent to the ground, immobilize or otherwise subdue an opponent with a pin, or force an opponent to submit with a joint lock or a choke. Strikes and thrusts by hands and feet as well as weapons defenses are a part of judo, but only in pre-arranged forms (kata,) and are not allowed in judo competition or free practice. A judo practitioner is called a judoka.
