Today’s Q&A has to do with Judo Vs BJJ and what the distinctions are in between them.

Not which is better, yet just what is the distinctions in between them.

In the video clip he shares why he thinks Judo and BJJ are primarily the exact same art at their core. They went on to evolve in various ways, however at their core they’re the same. You can look at Judo books from in the past and see a lot the basics to the “contemporary” BJJ we practice today.
