Judo – The gentle method.
The Koshiki-No-Kata stems from the old Kitoryu Jujutsu Kobudo, and is mostly made up of techniques used to throw Samurai warriors while putting on the traditional shield, the Yoroi. The Kata includes a Omote and a Ura type.
The Omote form is implemented with a calmness as well as solemn heart, as well as every activity of strike as well as protection has to be exact and exact.
The Ura kind instructs quick and tenacious activities, concepts that are also utilized for assault and protection in Judo.
