My name is Rokas. I’m a Lithuanian man that educated Aikido for 14 years, 7 of them running a specialist Aikido Dojo till ultimately I recognized that Aikido does not measure up to what it assures.

Lead by this realization I made a decision to make a bold step to shut my Aikido Dojo and relocate to Portland, Oregon for six months to begin educating MMA at the famous Straight Blast Gym Headquarters under head train Matt Thornton.

After six months extensive training I had my very first amateur MMA fight after which I returned to Lithuania. During every one of this moment I am documenting my experience with my YouTube channel called “Martial Arts Journey”.

Now I am gradually establishing up strategies to proceed training MMA under top quality advice and obtaining ready for my next MMA fight as I additionally document and share my journey and discoveries.
